Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware

  Ensure the device is reset to factory settings and placed in its original packaging with all included cables and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
